1.Please submit your request online and check back within two business days to confirm your reservation status. If unconfirmed,     please resubmit the form or contact the department office.
2.Priority for classroom usage is given to faculty and students of this department.
3.After using the classroom, please return the desks and chairs to their original positions and keep the classroom clean.
4.Reservations are accepted only within the current semester (e.g., August to January for the Fall Semester; February to July for       the Spring Semester).
5.For holiday reservations, please visit the department office during office hours on Thursday or Friday prior to the event to pick       up the key (a valid ID deposit is required).
6.For same-day reservation requests, please contact the office directly at (02) 7749-1721 (Office Hours: 09:00–17:00).
7.Reservations for recurring events are limited to one month at a time. Please reapply if an extension is needed.
8.Unauthorized activities and reservations made under false identities or proxy names are strictly prohibited. Violators will be             subject to department regulations and loss of reservation privileges.
