Bachelor Degree Program of HPHE

Our bachelor degree program aims to cultivate entry-level health promotion professionals, and train health education teachers in both elementary and middle schools.

For the undergraduate students, in addition to the compulsory courses, we provide two elective programs for our students to choose from. The school health education program and health promoting program, from which students need to choose one to complete.

The Department of Health Promotion and Health Education has a public health internship that provides the opportunity to integrate classroom learning, e.g., theory, and practice in a public health work environment. Courses are designed for diverse certificates, e.g., Health Promotion Manager, Environmental Health and Safety Manager, and Senior fitness instructor. All teachers are qualified in their respective courses,  and students will be thoroughly prepared and competent before entering the workforce.
